Wheel & Tire Detailing in Tampa
Wheels take more abuse than any other part of the car. Brake dust, road grime, and salt air bake on in the Florida heat until a normal wash stops touching them. We clean wheels properly, faces and barrels, then dress the tires so the whole car reads finished. Mobile service at your home or office.
What's included
What the service includes
- ✓Dedicated wheel cleaning. Acid-free products matched to your finish, safe on painted, polished, chrome, and matte wheels.
- ✓Iron and brake dust removal. A fallout remover dissolves the bonded metal particles that regular soap leaves behind.
- ✓Barrels, not just faces. We clean the inside of the wheel where most of the brake dust actually collects.
- ✓Tires deep cleaned. Old silicone dressing and browning are scrubbed off before anything new goes on.
- ✓Satin tire dressing. A clean factory look, not a greasy shine that slings onto your paint on the first drive.
- ✓Wheel wells and calipers. The surrounding areas get attention too, so the clean wheel doesn't sit in a dirty arch.

Why Tampa
Why it matters in Tampa
Brake dust is not just dirt. It is hot metal that embeds itself into the wheel finish, and Tampa's heat bakes it on faster than it would further north. Add salt air off the bay, sand tracked from the beaches, and the brine on the causeways, and wheels here corrode and stain far sooner than most owners expect. The same sun that fades your paint also dries out tire sidewalls until they brown and crack. Cleaning wheels properly and keeping the rubber dressed is the cheapest protection there is against a set of wheels that needs refinishing.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
Will your cleaner damage my wheel finish?
No. We use acid-free wheel cleaners and match the product to the finish. Polished, matte, and powder coated wheels all get handled differently, and we check before we start.
Can you fix curb rash?
No, and we would rather say so upfront. Curb rash is physical damage to the wheel and needs refinishing or repair. Detailing cleans and protects, it does not resurface.
My brake dust has been baked on for years. Will it come off?
Usually most of it will. An iron remover pulls out far more than people expect. Where the finish has already etched or pitted underneath, that damage stays, and we will tell you what you are looking at rather than overpromise.
Do you take the wheels off?
Not for a standard service. We can reach the barrels with the right tools. If you want a wheels-off deep clean or a coating applied, tell us when you book so we can allow the time.
How long does the tire dressing last?
Typically a few weeks, less if the car sits out in heavy rain. We use a satin dressing that wears off evenly instead of going patchy.
Is this included in a full detail already?
Yes. Wheels and tires are part of our exterior and full detail packages. You can also book this on its own if the rest of the car is fine and the wheels are letting it down.
Can you coat the wheels afterwards?
Yes. A wheel sealant or ceramic coating makes brake dust far easier to rinse off next time. It is worth it on light coloured or heavily dished wheels.
Do you come to me?
Yes. It is fully mobile across the Tampa Bay area, at your home, office, or condo garage.
